This is our second home and require those that treat it as their own. Thick stone walls, 12 foot ceilings and 8 foot tall windows provide year round temperature moderation without air conditioning. Located at the back of the building so very little to no street noise. The historic center of the city is a pedestrian only area, with easily accessible public transportation to all other parts of the city as well as to the beach. Museums, opera, bars, restaurants, corner convenience stores, open air markets and grocery stores are nearby. The Saint Roch train station is a short walk away. Public transportation to the airport and Sud-de-France train station is also nearby.
