Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this modern retreat offers a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. 12-minute walk to Ossington Subway Station with Christie Pits Park, three grocery stores, and five coffee shops all within an 8-minute walk. Though we are often out of the house during weekdays we are available by text/whatsapp during the day or in person in the evenings to assist if anything comes up and to answer any questions. The apartment is currently set up as a studio. We are hopeful that academics, grad students or professionals might enjoy it as their home away from home (minimum of 1 month). Here are some details about what we are looking for in a qualified guest: * References/background check required. * Rent is paid by e-transfer. * First and last due on signing of a short-term lease for longer-term stays. $1950/month (partial months following the first month can be prorated) including utilities, hydro and wifi.
