I am retired adjunct university faculty and semi-retired therapist with a gorgeous newly remodeled private entrance studio. The Studio includes a stunning large bathroom, sunny quiet bedroom and kitchenette with all you need … refrigerator, sink, microwave, convection oven/toaster, coffee maker, water kettle, dishes, etc. you have your own private entrance coming off of a shared foyer that also leads to my part of the home. The location is PERFECT for visiting scholars and faculty…walking distance to campus, great shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is sweet and safe. BART is 1/2 block away so you can be in SF in 20 minutes and have easy access to all the Bay Area. AND you can park in the driveway for a small monthly fee after the first free month of parking, a HUGE plus as most of Berkeley has restricted street parking. I travel a lot and have a son living in Europe. I welcome and enjoy all peoples and cultures.
