Our apartment is on the first floor of a four unit art deco building, it has two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen and bathroom. It also has an internal laundry. The larger bedroom has a double bed, the smaller one a single bed. A small balcony offers access to the backyard. The neighbourhood is quiet with mainly single houses, beautiful trees and gardens. It is a safe, pleasant environment. The electricity in the apartment is generated from 100% green energy. The main bedroom has a large writing desk and is bedroom and study in one. There is wifi throughout the apartment.

Comments: The apartment is located in a small block of four, it is on the upper floor with nice views from the top of a hill) to the CBD. The apartment is warm and comfortable , there is a backyard and a small balcony. The neighbours are very friendly.
