Comments: Charming craftsman in quiet historic neighborhood, walking distance to campus, historic downtown, and parks. Close to the Snowy Range mountains and Veedaowoo where you can ski, hike, rock climb, mtn bike, camp, fish and watch wildlife, two hours from Denver.
