Description
We will be away for part of the summer and are looking for someone who will enjoy this house and the mid coast. There are two bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs is a study with a futon that can serve as a bedroom, as well as a bathroom with tub/shower, a dining room, living room, and kitchen. The back side of the house has a patio with table and chairs and a fenced yard. Rockland is charming and has all you'll need in walking distance. Enjoy the Maine Lobster Festival in early August or hop on a ferry for a day-trip to an island.

Comments: New fence installed this summer. YMCA and weekly farmers market in walking distance. Direct bus to Boston and NYC. Rockland airport is a five-minute drive. Crescent Beach and Chickawaukie Pond are both a 5-10 minute drive.

Comments: Cozy and well appointed house just blocks from the center of town and harbor, where the ferry will take you to nearby islands. Camden is a short drive north and Damariscotta just south, Rockland is an excellent jumping off point to the mid Coast.
