It looks like a great place to share homespaces conducive to academics, writers. I’m Raquel, 44, female. Originally from London, but lived in Washington DC, New York, Barcelona, Istanbul and now Paris since 2 years. I studied at Georgetown Foreign School of Foreign Service. After looking for a place in Paris for almost 2 years, I found a beautiful loft in Paris overlooking the Bastille Canal. It is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , fully renovated 90 sqm loft with an additional 40sqm terrace. I have just moved in 3 weeks ago. The person will have their own room and en suite bathroom, lots of wardrobe space. From the bedroom window you can see the sunsetting over the Eiffel Tower. The place is exceptional. Marble entrance. Separate kitchen that opens to the terrace. There is lots of room for each to have their own individual space but also nice to have someone around and share things with, so I’m looking for someone in a similar vibe. I am an artist here. Working with mirrors, poetry, and light. It's a beautiful, serene and calm place. The building is also very calm. I also have a separate atelier in the 5th arrondissement so work mainly from there. Great for writers, photographers, or just someone who appreciate poetic things. The room I am offering is like its own suite, and each bedroom has a separate path to the kitchen.
