I am a retired professional woman who enjoys winter months in the California desert. This will be my 4th year out west and hope to find academic or medical professionals to offset the cost of my travels. We are in an ideal location, with access to Universities and Hospitals. In addition, we are within walking distance to the charming Huron Village, Fresh Pond Reservation/ several local parks, Historic Mt Auburn Cemetery, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and others. West Cambridge is an exceptionally bike friendly community. My condo is very light with minimal yet functional style. There are hardwood floors throughout and top of the line kitchen appliances. The outdoor deck overlooking the gardens is delightful year round. 3 bedrooms and 2 updated bathrooms are on the second/third floor. the living area includes a TV nook, living room seating and a dining room table seating 8. I will include a monthly cleaning for the rental.
