Small, impeccable studio loft with views

Close to Nation square and on the 7th floor of a historic Haussmann-style building, this 10m2 studio (chambre de bonne) is fully equipped and furnished, of a high standard and refurbished. Charming, bright, functional and quiet, it boasts a small bathroom and small kitchen. There is some storage space in the entrance area. The space is normally for one person but a couple might fit exceptionally for short periods. Small double bed sofa. The WC is outside, just opposite, on a quiet landing. Utilities are included, but the tenant pays for electricity. The studio will normally be yours. However, for longer rentals, you will need to find somewhere else to stay for the days when I need the studio myself. I may come every one, two or three months with an average of three to no more than five nights per month. My dates can be negotiated and they are normally known well in advance. The studio won't be a main residence but rather for short-term visits (1-3 months) or a pied-à-terre for someone who won't be in Paris all the time (3+ months). Or for someone who can stay with friends or for a professional who's sometimes away on business... You don't need a lot of space for your belongings and you respect the silence in the building.
