I'm faculty at UW-Madison and will be gone most of the summer. My apartment is in an incredible location just steps from the state capital and a 15 min walk to campus. Close to both lakes and to the popular Willy Street neighborhood, the building is a new development (I'm the first person to live in the unit), with a secure lobby and a great gym and yoga room and other shared spaces. The apartment is fully furnished with a small balcony and it is well appointed with high end appliances including washer/dryer in-unit. Great for singles or couples who want to enjoy everything Madison has to offer.
