Hello Travelers! If you are reading this, I would like to say "Thank You" for visiting and considering my listing in your search for housing. I am a remote worker in the technology field. Since I do not have to be in any one place to do my work I have been traveling for the past 2 years. It occurred to me that I should lease my apartment while I'm gone : ) I was born and raised in New York City. I'm the oldest of 3 girls. My sisters and Mom still live on the East Coast. I go back every year during Christmas. I have lived in Venice California since 1998. You have chosen to rent in one of the most famous neighborhoods in the US if not the world. You are 2 minutes away from the main drag in Venice called Abbot Kinney Blvd. Here you will find an array of one of a kind boutiques,local bars, coffee houses and places to eat. Take a stroll to the beach (approx. 10 min walk) to experience the Venice Boardwalk, Muscle Beach and the famous Venice Beach Skate Park. Don't forget to visit the famous Venice Canals modeled after Venice, IT. This apartment is best suited for 1 person. It's a quiet building, and suitable for working from home.

Comments: The neighborhood is walk-able, plenty of shops and restaurants 2 blocks from the apartment. 10 minute walk to the beach, near major transportation, and freeways. Eclectic vibe.
