Studio with an office space, washer/dryer, patio & a full kitchen

The studio was a great place to stay during my time in Berkeley. Despite its simple nature, it really has everything you need to be comfortable. Some of the highlights were: ample desk space + good wifi which made working at home easy, laundry in the unit, many windows / good light, and the overall nice finish of the place, including a nice bathroom and shower. Beyond the place itself, Shahar was very responsive to any questions that came up and really went the extra mile in helping me get comfortable in the neighborhood and in the apartment. The unit is well-located close to nice parks, restaurants, and transit. I would stay there again in an instant!

I had a fantastic experience staying in this studio! The place is newly renovated, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The landlord is incredibly kind and attentive - he helped me with every situation and always made sure I had what I needed. An example of his thoughtfulness is that he even installed a washing machine after I moved in, as he realised it would be a great convenience. He also gave me great recommendations for local places to go when I first arrived. Any time I had a question or request, he was quick to help. Overall, a wonderful place to live with an amazing landlord. I would highly recommend this studio and am glad I found this place for my stay abroad.
