Looking for a Phd, post doc, researcher, traveling nurse. Throughout the years I have hosted multiple international researchers, serious grad students with great success. I am a health provider myself and I was a medical researcher. I understand and provide the needs of my tenants especially when away from home whether is another state or country. Building is quiet, conductive to studying, reading, research planning. We are considerate to others and we expect the same. No loud talking, no slamming doors etc. Central heat and ac included. Current refrigerator bigger than fridge in picture. I can send you more pictures and video by WhatsApp or another app.

Comments: Private bright BR, full bathroom. Kitchen w/ induction cooking, microwave, fridge and air fryer, tv for you only. Room has a couch, a tall table x eating + as a desk for you. Main entrance to space is from a beautiful backyard/garden.
