It's two floors of a stunning, Victorian home built in the 1870s, and beautifully decorated with antiques, original art-work, and hand-knotted carpets (2-week minimum). Two rooms have been set up as bedrooms and two are home offices (essentially a 2-bedroom). It also has a sunny living room, separate formal dining room, cozy kitchen, a private balcony, dedicated washer/dryer, and a large shared garden. The apartment comes with a parking space. It is ideally located, around the corner from Spy Pond (and beautiful biking/running trail), which is visible from the deck. It is within walking distance to Whole Foods, coffee shops, restaurants, and a gym. The unit is approximately a 20-minute walk to Alewife (red line) and around the corner from the 77 bus to Harvard. One month's security deposit requested plus electricity and gas. Sorry no pets. The dates of the sublet are negotiable.
