Spacious two-room studio in a single-family home in Cambridge, very conveniently located. My home is on a quiet residential street between Harvard and MIT, just blocks from the Charles River. The Riverside neighborhood is close to Mass Ave, with many shops, cafes, restaurants, and easily accessible and public transportation. Come in through a shared entrance and head downstairs to your private space. There is a separate bedroom with a full-sized bed as well as a large room with a comfortable sitting area, table for dining or study, and kitchenette. The renovated private bathroom is fully tiled with a shower (no tub). There are sliding glass doors out to the back yard. Although the living space is mostly below grade, the living/dining/kitchen area gets good light through the glass doors. I have had dozens of guests over the years and people seem to really appreciate the location, the clean, modern space, and the sense of privacy. Please note: this space is available for a single person only. Please don't ask if it will accommodate more!
