We are looking for someone interested to sublet our Vienna apartment. It is an 83m2 1-bedroom with an eastward orientation in an exceptionally beautiful Altbau (see picture of the entrance hall). We took up the place in 2023, just after complete renovation, everything still looks pretty new. The apartment has all the amenities to live comfortably but is not full of stuff. The photos should give an idea of the layout, they are in the order of the layout of the apartment. The kitchen window looks inside the building - the kitchen gets no daylight but has amazing integrated ceiling lighting and is very bright. The only thing you don't see there is the ante room (opening to the kitchen), which is quite large with some shelving space to put shoes and cloaks. The toilet is between the kitchen and the living room, while the bathroom is accessed only through the bedroom. The heating is from the infra-red panels you see in the pictures. Every room is controlled separately with a temperature dial. Bathroom and kitchen also have floor heating - it all works very well. The apartment's location is very central and well connected.
