The space comes fully furnished, including washer and dryer, with all the essentials you need for your stay, including a dedicated workspace with a large desk. You will be able to spread out and make yourself at home while having easy and direct access to explore Brooklyn (NYC’s largest borough) and Manhattan. Utilities: Water and Internet Service are included. Gas and Electric are included, up to a total allowance of $200 per bill period. We want you to have a great visit and look forward to welcoming you to share our home. We ask that you keep the following things in mind prior to booking and during your visit. 1. No smoking or drugs on premises. If evidence of smoking is detected, an additional cleaning fee of $500 will be assessed and guest may be asked to vacate the premises without refund.
