2-story townhome – Perfect for summer academics and World Cup fans

Hello! We are renting our 2-story townhome this summer while away, and would love to host visiting scholars and World Cup fans as guests in our home. While longer stays are preferred, as short as one week is possible. The Space: This is modern townhome in a peaceful gated community with two bedrooms upstairs and plenty of room to spread out. The master bedroom has a full bed, a twin, and a pull-out twin trundle, while the second bedroom features a twin daybed. The home sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably. Both rooms are bright and airy with great natural light. You'll have two large private balconies overlooking the community's grassy courtyard and spa/whirlpool—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day of work. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, and there's a dining area ideal for group meals or spreading out your research materials. The office is on the main floor, off the side of the dining area. It has a sliding door for privacy. Quiet, dedicated workspace with strong WiFi Easy access to El Camino College and quick drives to USC, Loyola Marymount, and UCLA Easy drive to SoFi Stadium. There will be direct buses from El Camino college, located near house. Short drive to beach cities (Hermosa, Manhattan, El Segundo) and airport - Available June 21 - July 24 - $1200/week (one week minimum) - Street parking available - No A/C (this is pretty standard because of the proximity to the ocean, but it may be warm) - Looking for non-smoking guests To Book: Rental application and standard verification required.
