You will love our great balcony equipped with a Weber large size electric BBQ, table and chairs, overlooking the huzzle of CBD streets. Located in a former office building, it is known as Provident Life Building. The original building was designed and built by AS & RA Eggleston in 1937. In 1994 3 state of the art architecture designed Penthouses were added on top of the existing building. Our appartment has been significantly upgraded in Art Deco style in 2024 & 2025 (new whisper quiet water heater, new comfortable wowbed matrasses, full bedroom redesigns, bathroom laundry and furniture upgrades, brand new ducted high-quality aircon and many other smaller technical upgrades to artwork and design) The access to Penthouse 2 is private and secure through a door and a flight of stairs. It is one of the very few properties in the Melbourne CBD that has a genuine size balcony (8 m length) and two additional bedroom balconies (95 sqm internal, 20 sqm external). It also comes with the convenience of a designated car park (one of three) in the building (accessible via back lane). The location, its generous size and its cozy character and modern amenities make it stand out in the crowd of newly built apartments in the area. The main reason we fell in love with Madison is its location. Right next to the W hotel, Immigration Museum and many other tourist attractions it is surrounded by Melbourne's iconic eateries. The building itself is very well maintained and has recently undergone upgrades and renovations to windows, intercom, elevator, tiling, windows in the lobby area and painting of walls and entrance doors. It is a very safe building in a safe neighborhood with cameras and a modern intercom.
