Located in a former office building, it is known as Provident Life Building. The original building was designed and built by AS & RA Eggleston in 1937. In 1994 3 state of the art architecture designed Penthouses were added on top of the existing building. Our appartment has been significantly upgraded in Art Deco style in 2024 & 2025 (new whisper quiet water heater, new comfortable wowbed matrasses, full bedroom redesigns, bathroom laundry and furniture upgrades, brand new ducted high-quality aircon and many other smaller technical upgrades to artwork and design) The access to Penthouse 2 is private and secure through a door and a flight of stairs. It is one of the very few properties in the Melbourne CBD that has a genuine size balcony (8 m length) and two additional bedroom balconies (95 sqm internal, 20 sqm external). It also comes with the convenience of a designated car park (one of three) in the building (accessible via back lane).
