The monthly rent is $2965, not including electricity and internet. Refundable security deposit of $2965 as well as first month's rent are required upfront.

Comments: We are two short blocks from the NW corner of Central Park and Morningside Park. Our neighborhood is full of cafes, coffee shops, and grocery stores walking distance away.
