Welcome to your next home away-from-home! This charming tiny home was built in 2023 and is well-designed with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and a private screened back porch. This dwelling is ideal for one person who wants a quiet, comfortable space. It is fully furnished, with utilities included and an in-unit washer/dryer, and is available month-to-month. The vintage-inspired kitchen has a stovetop, microwave, air fryer, and instant pot, plus dishes, glassware, and cookware. The bed is a comfortable and stylish daybed that folds out into a king-sized bed if desired. All linens are provided. The unit is located behind my home in a private back yard with off-street parking. The Colonial Village neighborhood is biking- and walking-friendly with nearby accessible trails and bus transit. We are conveniently located near downtown Durham, restaurants / bars / coffee shops, Duke University, a large neighborhood park, the Museum of Life and Science, and a scenic wetland nature preserve.
