This is a lovely, quiet flat with balcony overlooking one of the city's most beautiful parks! The flat has high ceilings (3 meters) and many windows, which fills it with light. All windows overlook the small Schoelerpark and the large Wilmersdorfer Volkspark. Bedroom: wardrobe, dim-out blinds, large, comfortable double bed Living room: long corner sofa, TV, dining table + 4 chairs, balcony Kitchen: oven, stove, washing machine, all necessary cooking equipment Bathroom: bathtub, large wash basin Corridor: additional storage cabinets for shoes, coats, bags. The walls are insulated, so the flat is warm in winter and cool over the summer. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 1930s Bauhaus building, without a lift. The steps, however, are low and very manageable. There is a possibility of using a bicycle. This is a very green neighbourhood with many nice cycling routes. Grocery shops (Lidl, Edeka) are within a 5 minute walk from the flat and there are plenty restaurants around the corner. The nearest tube stations are U-Bahn Berliner Str. and U-Bahn Blissestr. (both can be reached within a 7 minute walk). Uhlandstrasse is around the corner from the flat with many cafes, restaurants, and shops, leading up to Kurfuerstendamm.
