I am renting out my 1BR apartment on a quiet street in Paris 11eme arrondissement. There is one big bedroom with a queen size bed, a closet, desk and a bookcase, and a living room with a large open kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with a stove, oven, and clothes-washing machine. The bathroom is small but has a great shower. The living room has a great sofa that folds out into a very comfortable fold out bed. The apartment is in a walk-up building, but it's only one flight of stairs. The building is well maintained and vert clean. The street is quiet but close to many cafes and restaurants. Père Lachaise is a 10-15 minute walk, and the Marais is approximately 30 minutes walking. The closest metros are the Charonne and Voltaire stops on line 9.
