Our neighbours have small children so we ask guests to be mindful of their noise from 9pm-8am and not smoke/vape in or around the house. No pets or parties. We are a family residence with two little children, so you will hear us playing, having meals and going about our day (quiet hours are from 8pm-7am). This is mostly the case on weekends when we are home. Super walkable residential neighbourhood with close access to all the shops, cafes and restaurants on Bloor st. 4 minute walk to Dufferin Station (10 minute subway ride to U of T / Metropolitan U). 5 minute walk to Dovercourt Park (public tennis courts, bonfire pit, bike share station). 6 minute walk to Paradise Theatre (indie films). 10 min walk to Dufferin Mall (shopping) and to Dufferin Grove Park (weekly Farmers Market, picnic area, playground, soccer field, basketball and skating rink) and 12 minute walk to Wallace-Emerson Community Centre (public pool).
