Description
I am a professor and researcher at Université de Montréal on sabaticcal, looking for a tenant to stay in the apartment during my stay abroad. This is my home, so it is fully equipped and very cosy, including, for those who like to play music, an electronic piano, guitar and ukulele... The apartment is on the top floor of a duplex building with a winding staircase typical of Montreal. The place is very spacious, quiet, sunny and at a walking distance of everything you may need, in an authentic district (regarded as « patrimonial ») at the heart of Montreal. Metro Jean-Talon (which serves two lines, is 5 min walk) and the Marché Jean-Talon is 15 min. walk. The aparment has two nice bedrooms with confortable double-size (for one) and queen-size (for the second) beds as well as an office and a vast living room. The kitchen, large anf fully equipped, opens on a large patio at the back. The place is very well suited for a single person or for a couple, with or without a child.

Comments: The apartment is quiet, spacious and sunny, with large windows in each room and a very nice view on the tall trees of the neighborhood, both in front and in the bacyeard. The kitchen is particularly bright and opens on a large patio.

Comments: Located in Petite Patrie, a great district at the heart of Montreal, the apartment is quiet but at a walking distance of everything: convenience stores, restaurants, several parks (with swimming pools and arena). 5 min walk from metro Jean Talon.
