We have lived in our building for a decade, and there are lovely neighbours in the house. The flat, recently redone, has newly furnished bedrooms. The apartment, facing southwest, has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The flat has lots of light and wooden floors throughout. Situated in a 1904 building in Schöneberg, it’s a tranquil yet centrally located area and all tenants have access to the green inner courtyard with benches. Transport connections are excellent, with the Friedrich-Wilhelm Platz U9 station and S-Bahn Friedenau S1 located just a short walk away. You can easily access several universities, including the Technical University, Potsdam University, Humbold University, and Free University, among others. There are also many restaurants, shopping facilities, and a farmer's market (3 times a week) nearby. We would like to offer the room to a kind and reliable person. The other bedroom is occupied by a women in her twenties studying in Berlin. The room comes fully furnished.
