1-bedroom flat in quiet Victorian home

I work abroad when I can, so I'm looking for one or two professionals to enjoy my apartment while I'm not here. I live on the main/ground floor of my Victorian duplex and have lovely, respectful tenants living in the basement and on the first/second floor, making the house a peaceful refuge within the city. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a home cook could need, except a dishwasher! The living room features a bright south-facing window, an electric fireplace, and a 55" Samsung Frame tv. The sofa is a pullout for overnight guests. I use the dining room as my office; it easily converts from hosting a few people for dinner to being a quiet workspace. The bathroom has a cast iron tub, perfect for escaping the cold Toronto winter weather. (It also has a shower fixture.) The bedroom has a double bed and thick blackout curtains for a solid night's sleep. There's a lovely backyard/garden with a seating area and a dining area; in the winter it's really only useful for cardinal-spotting from the kitchen window. There are Sonos speakers in every room, a Roomba, a central vac system, and a laundry room (with dryer) in the basement. Being in the heart of the charming walkable neighbourhood of Seaton Village makes for a prime location for U of T, George Brown, TMU, and other schools, colleges, and universities. A stone's throw away, on the same block as the house, are two gorgeous cafes/general stores (Tiny's and Yellow Flower). Within 500 metres we have both Christie and Bathurst subway stations, Fiesta Farms (Toronto's best grocery store), Christie Pits park (amazing for tobogganing and ice skating), Bloor Street, the Annex, and Koreatown.
