The unit is newly painted, updated and very tastefully furnished, including artwork, faux hardwood floors, carpeted bedroom, new plumbing, modern appliances, and internet with a Wi-Fi ready TV available. There is a cozy bedroom with heat, and a kitchen/dining/living area in a nice-sized area that is very comfortable. No AC is needed in Santa Cruz. The cottage is provided completely furnished with dishes, silverware, pots, pans etc., and all towels & bedding! Bed is a queen. Gorgeous gated garden area with clothesline, patio furniture, BBQ, and tables for outdoor dining/reading etc. It is safe and yard is gated. Noise is not a problem. Neighbors are very nice. This house has: DOUBLE PANE WINDOWS for quiet warm nights, SOME STORAGE for luggage, boxes, bikes, surfboards. Gas wall heating/ plenty of hot water. Room for car in the driveway. Additional parking on the street almost always available. New Washer/Dryer on site for the unit, Total size 375 sq ft Cowell’s & Steamers world famous surf areas nearby. Everything is very easily reached on bike.
