Room in 3 bed flat in Felixstowe, 5 minutes from the sea (house share)

Renting 1 of my 3 bedrooms in my very light sunny flat is on the first and second floors of a very quiet streeet with a sea view from the balcony. It is fully furnished, with lots of art on the walls and art books on the shelves. There's a big fridge/freezer, microwave, and all you need to cook up a storm. Bathroom with tub and shower above it, and separate WC. The main bedroom has inbuilt wardrobes. There's an early morning swimming club incase that's your thing, and a rowing club too. Newly installed on the seafront is an outdoor gym with table tennis tables, and a park very nearby. Down the road is a good Italian restaurant, Alba Ciara and along the sea in the other direction is Beach Street - with an array of food joints and craft beer and in the warmer months, live djs and small festivals. The road is extremely quiet hough. And positioned so that you can walk to the docks in about 50 minutes, and to Ferry Boat in the other direction in about an hour. I have found this a very good and inspiring place to write, think (retreat) and settle. I wrote most of my PhD here. Felixstowe has recently been written about in several broadsheets as an unknown jewel of coastal towns. It's very down to earth and easygoing, with beautiful walks along the coast, estuary rivers or Rendlesham Forest is not far either. You can get to London in just over 2 hours. By car Ipswich is about 20 mins drive away (and London also 2 hours). Please contact me with any questions, or if what you're lookoing for isn't quite this - just get in touch.
