Beautiful, recently built cottage with modern amenities and nice yard in South Berkeley. Close to UC Berkeley, downtown Berkeley, BART and Berkeley Bowl. The unit has an open kitchen/dining/living area with a sky light that provides nice light and a kitchen window looking out at a fig tree. Bedroom 1 at the front could be used as office but currently has a full size bed and its own bathroom. Bedroom 2 at the back has a queen bed and a bathroom next door (open to all to access). Washer/dryer in unit and large screen TV. Access to back yard, including perks like a rock patio/sitting area, hammock, ping pong, darts, cornhole. We have 1 dog (a Samoyed) on the property who is very friendly. Current tenant vacates the unit May 16 so can be open as early as May 20, 2026.
