Jan - Dec 2027 1 year for rent with possible option of renewal *Located in the "villas" section within walking distance of the Old City of Beer Sheva *On a quiet street 2.7 miles from the Ben Gurion University, biking distance of about 20 minutes. *Walking distance from Beer Sheva's historical old city with hip restaurants, shops, Fringe Theater, Negev Art Museum, Caruso Childrens Museum, Artist's House and more; 20 min walk/10 min bike to Beer Sheva Central Bus Station/Beer Sheva Central Train Station *1190 sq feet ( 119 sq M) depending on what rooms are closed off. *Main house includes 2 bedrooms, Master w/ en-suite bathroom, Room w queen size murphy bed and organ, study w/ trundle bed, and an additional bathroom w tub. Safe room ( mamad) w another trundle bed. Apliances include: washing machine, clothes dryer, full kitchen (including fridge w/ ice cube maker and filtered water, dishwasher, gas stove and electric oven, shabbat urn, two sets of dishes - kosher friendly), steam iron and ironing board, screens on windows. This part of the home will be available for partial use only, some areas may be closed off. *Large fenced in garden with fruit trees and succulents *The house is eco friendly, compost on the grounds, recycling nearby - though you do not need to be eco friendly to live here, it is encouraged. *Electronic gate, security camera system, grated windows *AC in every room *Back porch attached to the main home with removable overhead sun covering with lights and table/chairs, can be changed into a "succah" on Succot. *Dogs negotiable (sorry, no cats), requires pet fee. *$3900/month including all utilities (city taxes, electricity, gas, water, internet) with 1 months rent security deposit, and security check ($40) .
