We have a lovely light-filled two bedroom home near UC Berkeley. Wonderful enclosed back yard abutting a creek with a writers studio and oak trees. The home is fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen and appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher). The location in North Berkeley is close to Monterrey Market and good public schools, and a fifteen minute walk to N Berkeley BART Station. Quiet residential neighborhood with a mix of young families and elders, and easy walk/bike ride to commercial areas. We can be somewhat flexible on dates, available beginning end of August or September 2025. Prefer two semester stay, one semester possible.
