I'm UCSB faculty out of town during this time. I bought the place in 2023 and set it up for remote work. The apartment complex is beautifully landscaped, with a well-maintained pool and jacuzzi. Apartment is 930 sq ft, on the second floor, with one flight of stairs outside. Kitchen and bathroom have new cabinets and granite counters. There is a large deck that faces east. The rooms are filled with natural light throughout the day (windows face east and south). All the rooms are fully furnished. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including Nespresso machine. Dedicated parking space. Price is negotiable (currently based on Zillow suggestion for unfurnished rental; see link below).
