An unusually large amount of closet space for a studio (and I'll be leaving one closet empty for you). This apartment is in Adam's Point, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Oakland. It's centrally located, just a few blocks from Lake Merritt, Whole Foods and many highly-rated restaurants. It's a 10-minute walk to downtown Oakland, a BART (metro rail) station, several gyms, Trader Joe's, and tons of small businesses. Rent includes all utilities and high speed wifi. Parking space is available for additional $150 per month. ABOUT ME: I'm an artist and an assistant professor at a local university. I pour a lot of love into my home space and like to treat it like a sanctuary. Looking for someone who can enjoy the space and also treat it well! There's also a portable writing/drafting table which is adjustable angle and adjustable height, which can be folded and stowed away when not in use. -large hammock can be hung from several different places in the apartment (hooks are installed into the ceiling) -Closet will be empty except for a few useful items like air mattresses, iron, ironing board, etc. -Rabbit Air Air Purifier -Elevator in building & wheelchair accessible BUILDING RULES: -No pets of any kind -Apartment is for one tenant.
