Hello - Bonjour ! We are a small family of two - academic mum (lecturer in communication) and a 11 year old (with me every second week). We speak French and English. We spend the weekend mostly outside and we go to bed early. Our apartment has a warm feel and our neighbourhood is brilliant : nautical activities and bike path across the street (cross country ski during winter) + amazing coffee shops, summer market, restaurants steps away TRANSPORT : 4 min walk to the bus stop - Downtown Montreal in 18 min) SPECIFICS : Bedroom #1 has a very comfy queen bed, a wood cabinet with 5 drawers, a night table, a clothes rack wood floor (available one night 70$ - weekly 350 $ or monthly price negotiable). Bedroom # 2 has a very comfy queen bed, a night table, wood floor (available every second week – Friday to Friday. Please check with me for the dates :) Booking minimum : one night 70$ - weekly 350 $ BATHROOM : We have to share the bathroom. BIKE : I have an extra bike I could lend you. (There is a cat on one of the pictures, but he is not with us anymore) NEIGHBOURS : Calm and family oriented. NOTE : I would be interested for a two weeks EXCHANGE in summer 2027 (France, Spain, Italy, Australia)
