Sweet Santa Cruz Tiny House Close to Campus, Downtown, Redwoods, & Beach!

Susie and Jon’s place was a great find! I stayed there for 4 months after taking a new job while we waited for the school year to end so my family could move out. It was in a great location close to markets and great coffee shops, and a short bike to downtown or the ocean. The place is fully equipped with everything to just show up and live/work/study/play. There are amazing mountain bike and hiking trails close by and if you’re into surfing it’s right there as well. Susie and Jon were the most welcoming, responsive and respectful landlords I’ve had in my 50 years! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the enjoyable time in Santa Cruz.

This trailer was a dream for my 4-month visit to Santa Cruz. The complex (trailer, toilet/shower, laundry) is clean, quiet, private, and equipped with everything you might need. Anytime I did need something - from a new screen in the door to a couple of ice cubes - Jon and Susie helped immediately. Their communication is the best of any landlord I've had, and they truly care about you.

I was Susie and Jon's tenant for two academic quarters. They were very welcoming and lovely people. As Landlady and lord, they made me feel most comfortable throughout my time and took care of every issue that occurred, something I rarely experienced as a tenant. We had great conversations and became friends. At the same time, they were very respectful about privacy.

Furthermore, the house is very clean and comfortable. Thanks to a good heater, the wintermonths weren't cold, and the outside bathroom was also fine during cold days. I would always rent it again.

My wife and I stayed in their tiny house for a few weeks when moving to Santa Cruz. Both Susie and Jon were incredible landlords and were always there to provide anything we needed! We are so grateful to have found them and will defintely stay in touch!
