Cozy loft in east Plateau

Hello, I'm a research professional working in the fields of positive health and museology. As I said in the introduction to my profile, I'm a person who pays particular attention to the environment that shares my daily life. In this sense, I am a frequent traveler, collaborating and developing projects around heritage, mental health and art. In this sense, too, where I live is important to me, so I'm looking for someone who is respectful and appreciates calm and contemplation. I'm also looking for someone who loves plants, as I value these manifestations of life ;) This is an all-white loft of about 700 square feet with a mezzanine bedroom. The large windows let in lots of light and it will remain fully furnished. It's on the top floor of the building that used to house a school. The bathroom was redone just a few years ago. The building is very quiet and pleasant to live and work in. So, yes, I'd like to leave knowing that my place and the plants are in good hands during my journey. The loft is ideal for one person, very bright, with no neighbors across the street (in fact the view overlooks a church). The apartment comes fully furnished, I'll dispose of my belongings (clothes and personal effects) to leave you the most neutral place possible, but warm. The neighborhood is just too great!
