Just five minutes by subway from the centre of Munich, this quiet apt is ideally located away from the tourist hubs, with easy access to public transportation and to every part of the city. - Ideal for researchers: all the important research centres and libraries (Staatsbiliothek, Universität, Max Planck Institute, etc.) are no more than 15 minutes away. - Perfect location to visit Munichs many art museums: Pinakotheken, Haus der Kunst, Villa Stuck, etc... - Perfect location to visit bavarian lakes, castles and mountains. I am a filmmaker working in Germany and living between Germany and Spain. I am offering my beautiful, well-cared-for home in Munich for rent to academics, writers, artists, and other creative people who would know to appreciate the unique location and atmosphere of the apartment, make themselves feel at home, and take good care of the place while I am away. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Individuals, couples and families are welcome, but not pets. Besides the main bedroom, there is a couch in the living room and another room with a sigle bed. So the place is suitable for four persons - when I am away. (pictures of the whole apartment on request) When I am in Munich I do rent one room (17 m2) all year long and a very beautiful 30 m2 - room might also available here and then. While I am flexible, I do prefer serious longer-term tenants, staying for two weeks at least. I usually request a deposit adjusted to the length of stay.
