A bedroom is available for rent in my home in Napanee and I am looking for someone to live with me and one roommate starting as early as December, or anytime this Winter/Spring. It would be a flexible month-to-month arrangement, open to shorter or longer term, of a fully furnished room, for $750/mo (utilities included). It's a reasonable commute to Kingston, Belleville, or Picton. The home is historic, well-maintained and charming, and a 5-minute walk from the downtown shops and bakeries in Napanee.
