Master bedroom and private bath with full use of spacious home and yard

What could be better than renting a home with master bedroom and private bath and having the home all to yourself most of the time? You will have use of the entire house, including the largest bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Also, if you have any furniture, we can accommodate it. I live in Vallejo, CA, but also am blessed with this lovely furnished three-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home on a quiet cul-de-sac. The second bedroom and bath may at times be rented, and is currently rented to a quiet, mature woman who works outside the home. The recently remodeled house (bathrooms and kitchen updated) is 1800 square feet, light and bright with a very modern feel. We just installed a new electric heating and AC unit. It's in a quaint neighborhood near downtown I Santa Cruz and a mile and a half from the beach. The spacious living room has a very high ceiling. There is a separate dining room, modern kitchen, family room, indoor washer and dryer, two-car garage with a large storage loft, and fenced backyard with deck and fruit trees. The master bedroom you will be renting is quite spacious and includes a work desk and office chair. The backyard features two private decks and apple and lemon tree. Gardener is included and yard is on drip irrigation system.
