Description
Our home in Berkeley is available for rent or exchange (Paris only) every year from April-December. The house is in the Claremont neighborhood, one of the nicest in the city, and is truly an oasis with a beautiful garden, top of the line appliances, amazingly comfortable beds, books galore, and so much more. Campus is easily accessible. A 20 minute walk, a ten minute bus ride, or moments by car. We are two writers who enjoy spending every spring in Paris. We are quiet and mature, and have rented or exchanged homes throughout the world. If you have an apartment in Paris we would love to exchange. We would like to come regularly for 2 -3 months, between April and June. As stated above, or home in Berkeley will be available for a longer period - from April through December - and we are open to having someone stay for that entire time.
