Stunning views, sunny Bernal home, close to UCSF

We are a journalist-engineer couple with a toddler and dog. Our house is available while we are traveling this summer. It is suitable for families and those with dogs (sorry no cats, we are severely allergic!) Bernal Heights is a beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors from all kinds of artistic and creative backgrounds, lovely houses and conveniently located a few minutes away from both the Mission and Noe Valley. Also a short bike ride/bus ride to UCSF Mission Bay. Walkable to 24th St. BART, buses on Mission St. and close to both 101 and 280 freeways to easily get around the Bay Area. Bernal also has a nice little downtown on Cortland street with bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. The house has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the Bay and the city. There is a small lower deck, perfect to sip your morning coffee and a half bath on the lower floor. There is a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room. The upper floor has three bedrooms (queen beds) with two attached full bathrooms and dedicated workspaces. The upper patio is spacious and has stunning views. The third bedroom has a kid-sized bed. One of the bedrooms also has an office chair and ergonomic desk to use as an office space. We have a shared garage with the condo below. Garage spot may be available at an extra cost. We can recommend a good house cleaner and local babysitters.
