history professor and public interest lawyer with 19th century victorian in historic district. 3 floors, living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath on first floor;, two bathrooms and an office on the second floor; and another bedroom, bathroom and TV room on the third floor, plus a deck. Guest quarters for you to stay in are on the third floor (bedroom, TV room and deck and second floor office. You also have the use of the first floor, including a deck and garden off the kitchen. Three working fireplaces, central air and broadband WiFi. We are on a quiet, friendly street with many restaurants, cafes and shops around the corner, and within easy walking distance of lively, interested neighborhoods like Adams Morgan, Shaw, U Street, and Logan circle. There are parks in walking distance, city bike rentals, and museums. Two metro stations (red, yellow and green lines) are within a 10 minute walk.
