Our home is two units, both of which we have updated, furnished, and decorated. This is the first floor unit with quick access to the backyard and the street. The primary bedroom has a full bed; the office has a small desk and chair, with a futon. The Courtland House is in the LGBTQ+ friendly neighborhood of Federal Hill. Many restaurants, bars, breweries, and bakeries are walkable from the home, including the primary Italian district on Atwells Ave. We are a mile from downtown Providence, and on the 27/28 bus line. The Amtrak station in downtown Providence also provides a quick ~35 minute Acela ride into downtown Boston, or a 60 minute MBTA commuter rail trip. NYC is about 2.5 hours away by train. The house has one designated parking space for the tenant. Additional spot negotiable, may require additional fee. All amenities included, water, heat/AC, electrical, and the most premium of high speed internet that is available. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and small appliances. Living room has games and puzzles, and TV is login-ready for streaming services. We have a small yard and raised gardens, as well as a fire pit and a grill that are sharable. If you're looking to bring a pet, we're happy to consider case by case for an additional cleaning fee. The unit is cozy, but it may not be suitable for a large or highly energetic pup.
