Description
Gentle breezes from the garden waft through the open skylights all summer long with the sound of breaking waves when the surf is up. Main bedroom with a queen bed. Kids room with bunk beds and small desk. Guest bedroom / study has a foldout high-end double futon (it's comfortable for extended stays, not a squishy hide-a-bed). Great room is nice for entertaining. Outdoor dining on back porch or patio. Small fish pond burbles peacefully and attracts birds.

Comments: Life is better on the Mesa. Sea breeze keeps the neighborhood comfortable all summer. A couple of blocks walk to the beach or to a 70-acre open-space park on the ocean bluffs. Quiet street, gated yard landscaped with seating areas.
