Lovely 5 bedroom family home for rent in Wellington

We are looking for a couple or family to rent our home. We have a lots of lovely art, a piano, violin and guitars. We have a woodburner in the lounge, and last year installed double glazing throughout the house. While it does not get much winter sun, the house is cosy and warm in the winter months and sunny in the summer months. We have a open plan central living area and kitchen that is perfect for preparing and enjoying food, this is a big part of our lives and we love sharing our house with others. We have 5 bedrooms, one of which can also be used as a study with an electric adjustable height standing desk and Apple Cinema display. We don't have a television screen, but have a projector and screen and there good internet (~80Mbps). From the living area and kitchen you look east to the Orongorongo mountain range. We live here with our 3 teenagers and often have exchange students and guests. The upstairs has the living area, kitchen, bedroom, toilet, bathroom (with bath) and second bedroom (and/or study). You go down the curious internal staircase (which featured and went viral on one of our children's TikToks!) to find the down stairs with three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and internal access garage. There is drive on access and in the garage are our two electric bikes which are available for use and very useful on Wellington's steep streets, it's a quick few minutes' ride into town. We have a back yard with a home-made brazier in a clearing in the garden that is nice to light on a still, clear night. The street is calm with friendly neighbours and lots of parking. There are two bus routes nearby, one of which (7) is a key route that runs frequently and until late evening. The Countdown supermarket is just over 1km away at the bottom of the hill, with Newtown shops and cafes just beyond, or into the central city. You can walk through the forested town belt into town about 20 minutes.
