We've been told that our residence feels like a Parisian home with its 12 ft ceilings and original marble fireplace (not usable), hand crafted plasterwork and frame mouldings. The living area combines furniture and lighting from the 1930s and 1940s with modern pieces and original artwork. The custom-built flip top couch table expands to seat 6-8. There are different options for working from home, and a traditional desk can be added upon request. The kitchen was renovated with custom cabinetry and quartz counters. It has all the cookware, dinnerware, linens, etc. to host a dinner party for 6. Its efficient layout includes a dishwasher and clothing washer. It is open to the living area. The bathroom was took down to the studs and renovated with elegant tile work. The glass-enclosed shower has a rain shower head and the vanity is marbled topped. The bedroom has a queen bed and custom designed closet. Rent includes heat and hot water, electricity, high speed internet, and a TV with Prime Video, Netflix and other applications. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets or undergrads. No smoking.
