We are looking for someone responsible to sublet our beloved sunny, modern 2 BR apartment while we travel this summer. The apartment is a 12-minute walk from Harvard Yard along tree-lined streets. Easy commute to MIT, NBER, BU, Tufts, Northeastern, Google, Facebook, etc. (all within a 10-20-minute bike radius). The apartment is in a modern apartment building with an open layout, 9-foot ceilings, and lots of natural light. It is furnished as pictured, has hardwood floors throughout, central air, a large open and fully equipped kitchen, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher and a washer and dryer in the unit. Each of the two bedrooms has a desk. One could be used entirely as an office for a great work-from-home space. Toys and toddler equipment are available upon request (or will otherwise be tucked away). Lovely neighbors, elevator, easy on-street parking, and easy access to public transport (red and green line, bus stop in front of the house). Excellent restaurants, coffee shops, large grocery stores (Whole Foods, Market Basket), playgrounds, and parks are within very short walking distance. The ideal tenant would stay for close to the entire period.
