The apartment is beautiful, located on the 13th floor of a historic building run by Columbia University. A great view of the Hudson river, with auroras and breathtaking sunsets. Sheets, towels and everything you need in the kitchen are in abundance. Housekeeping, cable TV and electricity charges are included in the rent. The only request is to keep the house clean. Bed bugs and cockroaches are not welcome, and if they come, pest control is the responsibility of the person living there.

Comments: A fantastic view on the Hudson River; the Riverside Park; the Columbia areas; the historical building in which the apartment is located. The apartment is well furnished, quiet and well served by excellent doormen. The area is safe, close to subway station.
