The house is on a quiet residential street in Jericho, a trendy historic area in Oxford, a 15 minutes’ walk to the city centre. We are a few minutes' walk from Jericho's independent shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and a cinema and from Port Meadow, beautiful common land by the River Thames where you can walk to the Perch pub or further along to the Trout pub for lunch via a ruined abbey. We have 4 double bedrooms, one has an en-suite bathroom, two have desks. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and two on the top floor. The sitting room has a king size sofa bed, an office area and piano. The kitchen has a large dining table and a second sitting room. There is a main bathroom with bath and overhead shower, an en-suite with a shower and a downstairs toilet. The garden has a netted trampoline, tennis swing ball and table and chairs. Plenty of books and games. High chair and cot available. Bikes. Inflatable paddle board - river is 10 minutes’ walk away. In UK school holidays, there are good holiday day camps for children within walking distance from the house: - Oxford Active at Summerfields School - Flintlock Theatre Camp at Oxford High - Premier Tennis Camp at the Dragon School - Football, cricket, coding and many more You don’t need a car here but if you would like one we may be able to supply parking permits.
